MEET COACH ROBIN STRAND
IFBB Pro Bodybuilder | BSc Kinesiology | 15+ Years Coaching Experience

 

My name is Robin Strand, and fitness saved my life.

Growing up, I was bullied for the way I looked. I struggled with body image, self worth, and secretly battled bulimia as a teen. My mental health took a toll, but one thing gave me a sense of control: the gym. 


Lifting weights started as an escape, but it quickly became my purpose. Over time, I transformed not just my body, but my entire mindset. My journey led me to becoming an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder with a passion for helping others rise above their struggles, just like I did.

With over 15 years of personal training experience, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion, I now coach people at all levels. But beyond the titles and degrees, I know what it feels like to be stuck, to feel like nothing is working, and to battle the voices in your head telling you you're not enough. 

 

That’s why I created StrandStrong Fitness, not just for a physical transformation, but to help others build confidence, strength, and lasting change from the inside out. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, or stepping on stage, I’ll guide you every step of the way  with a program that fits you, and real, ongoing support from someone who truly understands.

We’ve both lived the transformation ourselves and we coach from experience, not just theory. From competition prep to lifestyle changes, we combine expert strategy with on going support to get you results that last.

MEET COACH NATACIA TULLO

Women's Lifestyle Coach | Precision Nutrition Certified (Pn1) | 13 Years in the Fitness Space | National Level Wellness Athlete | 5+ Years Coaching Experience
 

My name is Natacia Tullo, and I coach women who feel stuck, because I used to be one of them.

​

Before fitness became a lifestyle, I was living in an unhealthy and unfulfilling vicious cycle . I partied hard, drank, smoked, and went through the same cycle so many women face. I would lose weight just to gain it all back, feeling like I’d never truly get control over my body or my health.

​

I also struggled deeply with my relationship with food. Binge eating, guilt, and emotional eating were part of my daily reality for years. Healing that relationship has taken time, self awareness, and patience. It’s still something I continue to work on. It’s a journey, not a finish line, and it’s what allows me to support other women with real empathy and understanding.

​

Everything changed when I decided to change my habits… and my mindset.

Over the last 13 years, I’ve transformed my life from the inside out. Now, with over 5 years of coaching experience, I help women do the same. I don’t just offer training programs and meal plans- I coach with purpose, helping my clients build physical strength, emotional resilience, and real, lasting confidence.
 

As a Precision Nutrition Level 1 (Pn1) certified coach, I combine education with empathy, teaching women how to fuel their bodies with confidence and balance.

I believe fitness isn’t just about what your body looks like, it’s about how you feel in your body, your mind, and your soul. The mindset shift is just as important as the physical one.

I work exclusively with women who are ready to let go of quick fixes, shift their habits, and finally step into the healthiest version of themselves, inside and out.
